Wesley Chapel Fence & Deck was founded in 2020, right in the middle of one of the fastest-growing communities in Florida. Wesley Chapel was adding new neighborhoods faster than most counties add new roads, and a lot of homeowners were moving into brand-new houses that had great interiors but backyards that were still basically unfinished.
We started this business because we saw a real need for a local deck builder who actually knew these neighborhoods - the sandy soil, the afternoon thunderstorms, the HOA review processes in communities like Wiregrass Ranch and Seven Oaks - and could build outdoor spaces that hold up to Florida's climate, not just look good in the first year.
